1. The service

Radforge provides hosted mutation analysis, repository integrations, command-line access, and related reports. You must be authorized to submit repositories, source code, tests, and account information to the service.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for account security and activity by your users. Paid access is licensed per seat and renews monthly until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, and payment processing. Current pricing and included features are published on our pricing page.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Radforge to violate law, infringe rights, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade service limits, share credentials outside your organization, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend access needed to protect the service or third parties.

4. Your code and our software

You retain ownership of your code and data. You grant Radforge the limited rights needed to process them and provide support. Radforge retains ownership of its service, mutation engine, documentation, trademarks, and improvements. Publicly released code remains subject to its stated open-source license.

5. Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other party’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the service relationship. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel through the customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. We may terminate for material breach, unlawful use, or risk to the service after reasonable notice when circumstances permit. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Radforge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mutation results are engineering evidence, not a guarantee that software is defect-free or secure. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and Radforge’s total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the effective date here. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Questions or legal notices can be submitted through the contact form on our home page.
