1. Data we collect

We collect account and contact information, GitHub organization and repository identifiers, service configuration, command and run metadata, diagnostic logs, support communications, and waitlist submissions. Paddle provides us with billing status, transaction references, subscription quantities, and limited customer details; Radforge does not store full payment-card numbers.

2. Source code and test data

Radforge temporarily processes authorized repository content and test output to plan and execute mutation runs. We use that content to provide the service, secure it, troubleshoot failures, and support your organization—not to sell personal data.

3. How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, operate integrations, execute and report runs, administer subscriptions, communicate with customers, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal duties. Our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations, depending on location and context.

4. Service providers and transfers

We share only the information needed with infrastructure, monitoring, authentication, GitHub integration, email, and billing providers such as Google Cloud, Cloudflare, GitHub, and Paddle. These providers may process data in other countries under their contractual safeguards. We may also disclose data when legally required or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate protections.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including active service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and financial or legal recordkeeping. Retention varies by data type. Temporary execution workspaces are designed to be short-lived; account, billing, audit, and support records may be retained longer.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Submit a request through the contact form on our home page; we may verify your identity first.

7. Security, children, and changes

We use safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information. Radforge is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date; material changes will receive reasonable notice.
